Our Approach to Teamwork
Industrial real estate requires a network of specialized minds, from logistics strategists and investment analysts to project managers and site selection experts.
Amanda Eastwick, SIOR, CCIM, and Erik Riekenberg collaborate with a select group of seasoned industrial advisors and development professionals across the western U.S. Together, they combine deep regional expertise with a national perspective to help clients make confident, data-driven decisions.
Each partnership is customized to the project — whether it involves tenant representation, portfolio strategy, or expansion planning, ensuring clients receive the right experience for every phase of growth.
